You may subscribe to PAACH one of two ways:

1. Fill out and submit your subscription through our online form and payment method.
2. Use the print friendly page (PDF). Print the form, complete, and mail with your annual fee to PAACH, P.O. Box 5203, Peoria, IL 61601-5203.

Upon successful submission of this form, you will need to make your online subscription payment in order for your subscription to be complete.

If you prefer to pay via mail, please subscribe using our paper form instead of online.

Subscriptions last 12 months.

All PAACH subscribers will be listed in the subscriber directory in the subscriber-only section of the website. The newsletters also contain subscriber-only information including personal contact information. Neither the directory information nor the newsletter should be utilized for any solicitation purposes or distributed to anyone not listed in the directory.
